The lawyer Alessandro Fusillo is the president of the Libertarian Movement; he has been practicing law for more than twenty-five years. An expert in civil and administrative litigation, he has been a member of the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2002 and over the years has gained considerable experience in the field of international law. He collaborates with firms in Berlin and Munich and has an in-depth knowledge of German law. Since 2015 he has also been registered with the Madrid Bar Association.
